We currently ship only within Pakistan. Orders placed from outside Pakistan will not be processed or delivered.

2. Shipping Charges

Shipping costs depend on your city and delivery location. The exact shipping fee will be communicated to you at the time of order confirmation or checkout. Large or custom furniture orders may have additional delivery charges depending on size, weight, and distance.

3. Delivery Time

Delivery timelines vary depending on the product type, stock availability, and delivery destination. Standard deliveries typically take 7 to 14 working days after payment confirmation. Custom or made-to-order furniture may require additional time.

4. Order Processing

All orders are processed only after full payment has been received. Once payment is confirmed, our logistics team will prepare your order for dispatch and contact you for delivery details or scheduling.

5. Delivery Method

Deliveries are handled by our trusted logistics partners or through Modova’s in-house delivery team, depending on your location. Our team ensures your products are packaged securely to prevent damage during transit.

6. Delivery Confirmation

Before dispatch, our team will contact you to confirm your delivery address and timing. It is your responsibility to ensure that someone is available at the address to receive the order.

7. Damages During Delivery

We take every precaution to deliver your order in perfect condition. However, in rare cases of visible transit damage, please inform our delivery representative immediately at the time of receipt. Once the order is accepted, Modova will not be liable for any damage or loss.

8. No Return or Exchange

Please note that Modova does not offer any return or exchange after delivery. All sales are considered final once the product has been shipped and received.
